What can I do to improve my piano technique without injury or pain?
So that I may be able to play difficult pieces like Chopin Etudes, and other pieces by Rachmaninoff or Liszt, or even a famous concerto?
I’ve been playing for 7 years, I know all my theory, i just lack finger strength
You want to play some things that require a lot of stamina. Hanon is good, but you will need to do all of Hanon systematically. But most importantly, I hope you have a teacher who can check your hand and body mechanics. There are a lot of muscles and tendons from your fingers to your shoulders and back which you need to condition with hours of playing correctly.
